REFUND & EXCHANGE

At HHR PERFUMERY, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process smooth and hassle-free.

  1. We gladly accept any product you’re not satisfied with.
  2. Return and exchange requests can be made within one week of order delivery.
  3. Products must have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle to qualify.
  4. Requests are processed within 3-5 working days.
  5. Please note that delivery charges for return or exchange orders are non-refundable.
  6. Customers are responsible for the delivery charges on exchange orders.
  7. Tester Boxes (Sample Boxes) are non-refundable, as they are intended solely for fragrance testing.
  8. In cases of damage, leakage, or incorrect items, we will cover the delivery charges.
